“The impact on business as a result of the spread of coronavirus appears to be worsening. Hyphen is responding to this through a number of practical measures, designed to allow us to continue supporting clients, whilst keeping everyone as safe as possible.
Hyphen staff across our offices in Berlin, London, Madrid, Milan, Paris, Santiago and Winchester have access to a virtual private network that allows them to continue their involvement in projects whilst working away from our offices, for example at home. We have also expanded our office video conference facilities, which we anticipate being more in demand as international travel becomes restricted. We are following government advice on travel as well as the possible need to self-isolate, we will flex our approach accordingly and keep you updated. We are mindful not to overreact and make a bad situation worse, but equally we are keen to keep our staff, clients and suppliers out of harm’s way.
For clients requiring additional local support to cover their own absence, please contact your local director or account manager.
We wish all clients, collaborators and partners good health and hope for a speedy end to this situation.”
