Hyphen welcomes two new board members

Appointment of Carole Netzer as a director

The Board of Hyphen is pleased to announce the appointment of Carole Netzer as director, effective from 1st January 2019.  Carole joined the company in 2011 and became a team leader in 2017. She has managed projects for some of Hyphen’s most influential clients, including Eurostar, Tesla and Tumi. As well as her board-level responsibilities, Carole will join Xavier Manera in the management of Hyphen’s Paris office. Commenting on the appointment, Xavier noted: “Having worked closely with Carole on several projects over the years, I am delighted to welcome her to the Board, knowing that together we can build on our successes and further develop our business in France.”

 

Appointment of Sarah Fox as Company Secretary

We’re also pleased to announce the appointment of Sarah Fox as Company Secretary, under her new role as Head of Governance. Effective from 1st January 2019, Sarah will have the authority to oversee and influence decisions made by our directors in order to ensure Hyphen’s corporate responsibility. Having worked for the company for 32 years, Sarah has an MBA (Master of Business Administration) from the University of Southampton and became a member of Hyphen’s Executive in 2018, managing corporate governance. Eddie Miles, CEO, said: “Sarah has served the Executive with distinction over the last year and I know that she will be a great source of knowledge and wisdom as the directors navigate Hyphen through the coming years.”
