Part-time Admin Assistant

If you enjoy working in a collaborative environment and have an interest in architecture and design, we’re looking for an enthusiastic Part-time Admin Assistant to join our growing international architectural practice, based in Belfast or Monaghan, Ireland.

Our Ireland offices are relatively small so you’ll quickly feel part of a friendly, supportive team, and get to work closely with senior colleagues. Whilst our international network means you’ll be given the opportunity to work with colleagues from Hyphen’s offices across Europe and Latin America.

The role

Reporting into the Admin Manager, you will provide general admin support to our architectural staff in order for them to focus on their core job function.

You will also support Hyphen’s business operations by working closely with other administrative staff under the auspices of the COO.

Your skills and experience:

  • A minimum of one year working in an office administration or receptionist role
  • Irish leaving certificate or equivalent
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • A high standard of professionalism including attention to detail
  • Great organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
  • An appreciation of confidentiality
  • Good numeracy skills
  • Fluent in written and spoken English with strong communication skills
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office
