What do you enjoy most about working at Hyphen?

I’ve worked at Hyphen since 2011 and watched the London office grow from 12 people to more than 40. My favourite part of my job is the relationships I have developed with many of those original 12 and the new ones that grow every day.

How has Hyphen supported you in your personal and professional development?

I joined Hyphen when I was 23, for a placement year between my Part I and Part II studies. I enjoyed it so much that I stayed for two years and continued to work remotely from Sheffield during my Part II degree. I then moved to London, to embark on my Part III course, and returned to the office full-time.

Hyphen has supported me constantly through my studies and continues to support me in my career development. My team has also been there through my major milestones, from offering advice on buying my first home, to joining in my wedding day celebrations!

What’s next?

I’m looking forward to mentoring the next team of Part I students and supporting their career growth. For me, it’s the people that make Hyphen such a great place to work.
