Leo joined the company in 1998 and became a director in 2004. He has an excellent track record in the delivery of luxury retail, hospitality, logistics and other large-scale projects. In addition to speaking fluent English and German, Leo also has a working knowledge of French and he is currently a lecturer at the International Real Estate Business School (IREBS).

Who or what was the most important influence in your early career?
Learning about hexagonal grid and lattice structures from my professor, Eilfried Huth. Looking back, it fully transformed my view and approach to nature, space and energy.
