The aim of General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is to protect all EU citizens from privacy and data breaches in an increasingly data-driven world. These new laws will come into force on the 25 May 2018.

At Hyphen, we take the privacy of your data very seriously and have been working hard to ensure that we comply with all the new data protection rules. We can no longer assume that you want to receive communication from us and will now be asking our current email subscribers to ‘opt-in’ to our newsletter.

 

What are our responsibilities with your data?

We are responsible for keeping your data secure and accurate, and for only using it for the purposes that it was acquired. This means we will only send you marketing information if you have ‘opted in’ to receive it.

Your privacy is a priority and we’ll never share or sell your personal details to any third party.

 

How often would you receive news and updates from us?

By agreeing to join our mailing list you will receive our newsletter once every 2 – 3 months.
You can unsubscribe at any time.

 

What are your rights?

You have the right to request from us access to your own personal information.
You also have the right to complain to your local Data Protection Authority and a full list can be found here.

We only hold the information that you send to us or tell us about. This information includes:
