This former 1980’s office block was transformed into residential use following a feasibility study. Refurbishment works took place whilst extending the building and reached the standard needed to gain certification from the NHBC.
The scheme provides a securely gated access to 36 high quality one and two bedroom apartments with the emphasis on the quality of finish.
Juliette balconies or ‘winter balconies’ leading from full height windows featured across the building. Additional conservatories on the ground floor introduce further light sources and create a spacious welcoming atmosphere.
